Join the Peach, Love, and Positivity (PLP) community group in making a difference on Venice's beaches. The PLP group has been connecting with neighbors across LA county for years. They would love to have more kind, like-minded individuals to join them. This event welcomes everyone! Sign up today!
What to expect: You'll find this group really lives up to its name and will get to connect with a diverse group of individuals and families. All participants are passionate about creating a safe, welcoming, positive experience while making an impact within our communities.
Throughout the event we will work in small groups along the beach. We want to stay relatively close to one another to easily communicate with everyone.
Meet up location: Participants should be meet at the south end of the parking lot. Look for a gathering of people with PLP black shirts on.
Clean up location: The beach south of the Venice fishing pier.
Tools: Trash bags and rubber gloves will be provided. If you have the buckets and grabbers, please bring them with you.
What to wear?: Our suggestion is to wear clothing you don't mind getting sandy/ dirty and closed toed shoes. There is always a risk of something sharp being in the sand, so we want everyone to be safe.
After: We will meet at our original meeting spot where we will get the opportunity to cool down, drink some water, have a snack, and discuss our experiences.
