Do you enjoy working with positive people?
Are you ready to make a difference in the Hollywood area, serving our unhoused neighbors?
Together, We'll provide a warm meal and resources to our unhoused neighbors by partnering with local service vendors and our co-host, Hollywood Adventist Church. Your presence and volunteering will help create a welcoming, supportive, and safer environment for our community.
Why this project matters: Our unhoused neighbors will get some urgent needs met, which everyone deserves. And - all can connect with local benefits, resources, and services and enjoy the community!
Hollywood Adventist Church regularly offers showers and clothing & and shoes in its boutique, through its Compassion Connection program. At this monthly event, we invite additional service providers to bring resources for their guests to access at this location as they expand services and operations. When we work with fellow volunteers to meet the urgent needs of people living outside, our entire community benefits.
We are pleased to support our Hollywood neighbors every 4th Tuesday. You can read a story of a recent event here >
