Guide volunteers and guests through a day of hospitality, hope, and human impact as a Volunteer Project Manager for our Service Pillar
Be the reason Resource Days run beautifully
Help organize welcoming, high-impact volunteer events that bring connection, healthcare, clothing, and community to unhoused Angelenos.
Why This Work Matters
Better Angels Resource Days are a frontline response to homelessness, not just through services, but through hospitality, dignity, and human connection. As a Volunteer Project Manager, you’ll help create spaces where unhoused neighbors feel seen, where volunteers feel purposeful, and where systems of care become more personal. Your leadership ensures that every Resource Day is not just efficient — it’s compassionate, respectful, and deeply human.

-
Collaborate with Tiffany Pegula (Volunteer Engagement Specialist) and other pillar leads to align on goals and volunteer experience
