Food on Foot is a Los Angeles-based nonprofit that has changed lives since 1996 by providing nutritious meals, housing, life-skills training, and full-time employment opportunities to unhoused and low-income individuals. Through our consistent weekly programs and career-focused support, Food on Foot empowers people to regain independence and dignity.
We're currently gearing up for the Annual Gala in July 2025 and we're looking for dedicated volunteers to support our outreach and planning efforts--especially for the Silent Auction!
Volunteer Roles include:
-Reaching out to local businesses for silent auction item donations.
-Sending thank-you letters and emails to generous donors.
-Helping with light planning and coordination tasks (most can be done remotely!)
-Supporting a mission that directly changes lives.
