Are you a detail-oriented communicator who thrives in organized systems?
Do you want to help rising tech professionals feel supported and connected?
Then we need you!
Why This Work Matters
At Better Angels, our mission is to cure homelessness through community, compassion, and connection. One of the ways we break cycles of poverty is by building access to sustainable, meaningful careers, like those in technology.
Our Tech Mentorship Program was created to support early-career technologists and community members exploring careers in tech. By pairing mentees with experienced professionals, we’re helping people gain the experience, confidence, guidance, and access they need to grow. As a Tech Mentorship Program Coordinator, you’ll help make this support system possible by ensuring logistics run smoothly and relationships stay strong.
Role Overview
As the Volunteer Tech Mentorship Program Coordinator, you’ll be the connective thread between mentors, mentees, and program goals. You’ll schedule mentorship sessions, share resources, track feedback, and support the community with care and responsiveness.
