Do you love building programs that bring people and purpose together?
Do you want to design a mentorship experience where developers grow while coding for a cause?
Then we need you!
Why This Work Matters
Better Angels is on a mission to end our homelessness crisis through community, compassion, and connection. As we expand our impact, we recognize that workforce development—especially in high-growth industries like tech—can be a pathway out of poverty and into sustainable independence.
Many of the people we serve have untapped potential but lack access to guidance, training, and opportunity. Our Tech Mentorship Program is designed to close that gap by pairing mentees with experienced tech professionals who can offer one-on-one support, career insights, and network connections. As a volunteer Program Manager, your leadership will directly shape the lives of aspiring technologists while helping to dismantle systemic barriers to access.
